SIldenafil and Diastolic Dysfunction after Acute Myocardial Infarction in Patients with Preserved Ejection Fraction: SIDAMI.
CONCLUSIONS: Sildenafil did not decrease filling pressure at rest or during exercise in post-MI patients with diastolic dysfunction.
