Expression of secreted frizzled-related protein 4 in DNA mismatch repair-deficient and mismatch repair-proficient colorectal cancers.
CONCLUSIONS: Up-regulation of SFRP4 in dMMR stage Ⅱ colon cancer promotes apoptosis and inhibits proliferation of the cancer cells, and may improve the prognosis of dMMR colon cancer. PMID: 30514676 [PubMed - in process]

Role of cytokine signal suppressor 3 in the regulatory mechanism of colon cancer invasion and proliferation.
CONCLUSIONS: SOCS3 participates in the development and progression of colon cancer and serves as a potential target for colon cancer treatment. In patients with colon cancer, the low expression of SOCS3 possibly as a result of methylation may promote the proliferation and invasion of the cancer cells. PMID: 30692065 [PubMed - in process]
