Could ischemia-modified albumin levels predict the severity of disease in SARS-CoV-2 infection?
Conclusions: We analyzed a sample of patients with COVID-19 infection and found that IMA predicted severe COVID-19 disease. Disease severity grouping was based on patients ' clinical and radiological features. IMA level measured when SARS-CoV-2 infection is diagnosed may be a useful marker in predicting likely disease severity or intensive care need.

Computed tomography findings in COVID-19 and atypical pneumonia: a comparative study
Conclusions: There were significant differences between the CT patterns of patients with COVID-19 and other atypical pneumonia. The presence of patchy consolidations, GGO, crazy paving patterns with typical peripheral, bilateral distribution, and absence of centrilobular nodules, pleural effusion, and multifocal consolidations may help to differentiate COVID-19 from atypical pneumonia.

The main predictive factors of worse outcome in patients with COVID-19 infection hospitalized in temporary COVID hospital
Conclusions: Patients with cardiovascular risk factors, low lymphocyte and platelet counts, high IL-6 and troponin T and, especially, increased age should not be treated in a TCH because of the high possibility for deterioration and need for transfer to an ICU.

How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected our rheumatology patients using biological/targeted DMARDs?
Conclusions: It was shown that approximately 1/5 of iRMD patients using b/tsDMARDs delayed their treatment due to the fear of COVID-19 in the first three months of the pandemic process. However, with good communication with the patients, b/tsDMARD treatment was restarted and the 12-month drug retention status was quite high.

Dexamethasone, dexamethasone + remdesivir in treating moderate to severe COVID-19: retrospective observational cohort study
Conclusions: Since a similar trend was seen in both groups, our study concluded no additional role of remdesivir in combating COVID-19.

The evaluation of the relationship between COVID-19 and autoimmune responses with a cross-sectional trial using medical records
Conclusions: The SARS-CoV-2 infection could act as a triggering factor for developing autoimmune and/or autoinflammatory dysregulation in genetically predisposed individuals.

Relapse of Evans syndrome following BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) COVID-19 vaccine: case report and literature review
Conclusions: Although it is unclear whether the relationship between COVID-19 vaccination and relapse of ES in our patient is coincidental or causal, it highlights the need for monitoring of serious outcomes following vaccination.

Outcome of COVID-19 and tolerance of Remdesivir in patients with renal failure: a single center experience from Pakistan
Conclusions: COVID-19 in renal failure has a high risk for ICU admissions leading to increased mortality. Multiple comorbidities and raised inflammatory markers are predictors of poor outcomes. We observed no significant drug-related adverse effects, and none of our patients required discontinuation of RDV due to worsening renal function.
