previous schools
by wes23 (Posted Sat Aug 27, 2016 6:28 pm) I was looking at the aamc website about the requirements when applying to med school and It said that I need an official transcript of all previously attended institutions and I cannot get one from one of the schools I attended because there is a balance I need to pay off however I am starting as a bio med undergrad student at a new college from scratch and I have a scholarship so my tuition is covered and I was worried this will harbour my application. what should I do? by sehrisl (Posted Thu Aug 25, 2016 10:43 am) Hey guys,I also have a question about ACCOMAS.Unfortunately, I do have a mark thats lower than C in one of the Chem courses. I am planning on going into masters. If I complete a masters, will this C- still be reflected and considered in my pre-reqs and be considered towards my gpa? Will I have to retake this course again? I don't know how you'll do in the sciences, but even if you do well in the prerequisites, there's no guarantee that you will excel in med school. It's pretty risky to go to the Caribbean, 1 failed class and you'll have to repeat a whole semester which might set you back a year or worse you're thrown out. How will you recover from that? you just can't. It will hurt to lose so much money, time, not to mention the embarrassment of failure. If you're planning on going outside of the US for med school, Europe is a much ...
