Clarifying Human Dignity in Forensic Practice
We present recent scholarship related to human dignity and highlight the importance of dignity in forensic practice. Focusing on dignity in evaluator-evaluee and doctor-patient relationships should improve forensic work. A National Survey of Problem-Solving Court Staff Perceptions of In-Person versus Virtual Hearings
