Protein Detection of Excretory-Secretory Products and Somatic Extracts from Fasciola hepatica and F. gigantica Using Two-Dimensional Electrophoresis.
Conclusion: The rate of expression of some proteins were more in F. hepatica while expression of other proteins was high in F. gigantica. The expression of protease enzyme was higher in F. gigantica than F. hepatica. Evaluation of Morphine with Imiquimod as Opioid Growth Factor Receptor or Nalmefene as Opioid Blocking Drug on Leishmaniasis Caused by Leishmania major in Vitro.

Epidemiological Study of Equine Piroplasmosis (Theileria equi and Babesia caballi) by Microscopic Examination and Competitive-ELISA in Erbil Province North-Iraq.

Molecular Characterization of Aquaglyceroporine: A Novel Mutation in LmAQP1 from Leishmania major (MRHO/IR/75/ER).

Gluteal Hydatid Cyst: A Case Report.
We report a 29-yr-old woman presented to Fatemi Hospital, Ardabil, Iran in 2017 with progressive painful swelling of the left gluteus which in imaging showed hydatid cyst. The cyst was successfully en blocked and the patient was discharged on albendazole treatment with no recurrence in the symptoms during the first week, first and second months after surgery follow-up and in the final visit at third months. Kinetics Evaluation of IgM and IgG Levels in the Mice Infected with Trichinella spiralis Experimentally Using ES Antigens from Different Developmental Stages of the Parasite.
Conclusion: Ad3 ES antigens showed more antigenicity than Ad6+NBL ES on titer detection of IgM and IgG antibodies, and the production of Ad3 ES is easier. A Simple and Cost-Effective Freeze-Thaw Based Method for Plasmodium DNA Extraction from Dried Blood Spot.
Conclusion: Our process substantiated as efficient, reproducible, simple, fast, and inexpensive. Development of this optimized freeze-thaw based DNA extraction method for malaria parasite may provide a valuable tool for molecular analysis in resource-limited setups.
