A Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program for Older Adults During COVID-19
To minimize COVID-19 transmission, the University of Iowa suspended all in-person fall injury prevention programs in March 2020. However, falls continued to be the leading cause of injury-related mortality in Iowa; therefore, the university converted its in-person Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention (TCAFP) program to a virtual program. Here, the authors describe the virtual TCAFP program and participants' overall experience. CE: Original Research: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Symptom Management in Treatment-Resistant Schizophrenia
Conclusions: CBT can be a safe and effective adjunctive treatment for patients with this illness. We recommend that nurses who work in psychiatric settings, EDs, and home health or community care settings obtain training in CBT. (Source: AJN)

New Second-Line Treatment for B-Cell Lymphoma
Axicabtagene ciloleucel (Yescarta) has been approved for use as a second-line drug in patients with large B-cell lymphoma who are resistant to, or who relapse within 12 months of, first-line chemoimmunotherapy.Confirming the patient's identity and matching it to the drug are critical as this is an autologous infusion.
