Navigating the road of adolescence: young people ’s mental health in the UK

STEER Education - This analysis of data from 15,000 secondary school students across the UK reveals a stark – and growing – divide between girls’ and boys’ social and emotional wellbeing. The report, produced in partnership with the charity Minds Ahead, finds that girls aged eleven are now 30 per cent more likely to suffer from poor mental health than boys of the same age.
