The impact of a fellow on a regional robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy service

With appropriate supervision and patient selection, a fellow can be taught robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy without affecting patient safety or treatment outcome.PMID:34972499 | DOI:10.1308/rcsann.2020.7103
