Giant Retroperitoneal Liposarcoma: The Implications of Tumor Size
Patients with retroperitoneal liposarcoma (RPLS) can remain asymptomatic before diagnosis and present with enormous tumors. There are no large studies of resected giant RPLS ( ≥25cm, gRPLS) to guide management decisions.
