‘Portal Circle’
AbstractA 51-year-old man was referred to our hospital for further evaluation of a hepatic anomaly detected by abdominal ultrasonography. His medical history was significant for a childhood operation for ventricular septal defect. Contrast-enhanced dynamic computed tomography showed an extremely rare portal venous anomaly, almost like a ‘portal circle’.
