Family-to-Family Health Information Centers

Funding for new and existing Family-to-Family Health Information Centers that provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special healthcare needs and the professionals who serve them. A focus of the program is to to advance health equity by reaching territories, tribal regions, and other diverse, underserved communities, including rural areas.
