Inputting modules on UCAS is optional and unless the university specifically asks for a transcript, all they'll see is a 2:1, not a low 2:1 (from my experience SGUL, QMUL and KCL have not asked unless your degree was done abroad or did not use the 1st/2:1 classification system).
