Salpingectomy Confirms Tubal Myoma and Recurrent Miscarriage rather than Recurrent Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy

A 39-year old gravida 8 para 1 (G8P1) woman was admitted to our tertiary gynecology unit with left pelvic pain, a static beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (beta-hCG), and an ultrasound suspicious for left tubal ectopic pregnancy.
