You can apply with predicted grades for the exams you're yet to sit. You should check with universities how they will look at this and if they'll accept it (they should do as the autumn exams are meant to be 'first sits')
But as above, why have you taken AS exams - are you Welsh? As I understand it AS should be uncoupled from A levels, so it doesn't matter what your AS grades are if you can get AAA+ predicted and in the real exams.
