General Comment ----- It seems there is some trouble brewing in Far North Qld with a long running program that some, t least, are not happy with. Will be interesting to see how it plays out. Otherwise we seem to be having more frequent major glitches in systems operated  by pretty much everyone! In many States we are having some trust issues with access to data that Governments said would go anywhere.
