Scholarship Preparation Among Doctor of Nursing Practice Programs in the Midwest
Healthcare in the United States is increasingly focused on quality health indicators and value-based care. Nurses with the practice doctorate degree (Doctorate of Nursing Practice, or DNP) are expected to be creators and consumers of scholarly reports in order to improve the health of individuals and populations, and redesign U.S. health care.1,2
