FCC: Privacy Act; Matching Program

Notice from the Federal Communications Commission seeking comment on the modification of computer matching programs between the Federal Communications Commission and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. The purpose of these matching programs is to verify the eligibility of applicants to and subscribers of the Universal Service Fund (USF) Lifeline program and the new Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This matching program will begin May 6, 2021, and will last 18 months. Comments are due by May 6, 2021.
