Sleep Duration, Sleep Timing, and Sleep Disordered Breathing—Associations With Obesity and Gestational Diabetes in Pregnancy

This article will review the epidemiology of sleep duration, sleep timing, and sleep disordered breathing in pregnancy with a focus on how the prevalence of these sleep conditions relate to body mass index. In addition, it will summarize the literature suggesting a link between these sleep disturbances and an increased risk for gestational diabetes.
