ConclusionsCollectively, our key findings provide evidence supporting the notion that the overexpression of miR-495 ameliorates inflammatory response and bladder fibrosis in ulcerative IC rat models via inactivation of the JAK –STAT signaling pathway by inhibiting JAK3.
