Postexercise Ankle-Brachial Index Testing to Diagnose Peripheral Artery Disease

To the Editor Dr Mehta and colleagues presented the advantages and drawbacks of postexercise ankle-brachial index (ABI) testing based on a clinical case. However, several concerns about the postexercise criteria were not mentioned in the article. Postexercise ABI criteria to diagnose peripheral artery disease (PAD) are debated.
