Liberia: Bleak Economic Growth - Post Ebola Recovery 'Long Way Off'
[FrontPageAfrica]The Liberian economy dipped into recession last year at the peak of the Ebola epidemic, forcing President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf's government to experience a rapid decline in revenue from about 16 to 20 percent. That means Liberia's US$530 million budget, faced a deficit of about US$120 million.
