Oregon State c/o 2025

Don't think I've seen a thread for Oregon yet! Applying for the first time OOS, who else? Also I had a question maybe some past applicants can answer, when they ask for you to "Please summarize your academic history by term and provide an overall view of your employment and/or volunteer/extracurricular workload during academic periods", did you include summers as well?
