Abstract
I read the article entitled, "Sweet Syndrome in Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis," published in the July issue of The Journal 1, with great interest. However, it is important to mention concerns and issues with regard to investigations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment of Sweet syndrome with vasculitis as presented by the authors. It is relevant to place these issues for the knowledge of the readers of this article.
