Hedgehog-Transmitted Trichophyton erinaceid Causing Painful Bullous Tinea Manuum

We describe a case of a 27-year-old healthy man who developed tinea manuum after handling a pet hedgehog. Presenting symptoms included a worsening bullous eruption and severe pain.
