Population based incidence of optic neuritis in the era of aquaporin-4 and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibodies
Over the past 15 years, 2 new biomarkers have been discovered that allow for further characterization of the etiology of atypical optic neuritis: aquaporin-4 (AQP4)-immunoglobulin G (IgG) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-IgG.
