Results of quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone grafting (Meyers' procedure) in the management of ununited femoral neck fractures.

CONCLUSIONS: Quadratus femoris muscle pedicle grafting provides better stability and blood supply in ununited femoral neck fractures.
