Gastrointestinal Angioedema as a Side Effect of Alteplase for Acute Stroke

This is a case of gastrointestinal angioedema in a patient who received alteplase for acute ischemic stroke. The patient gave written consent to publish this case, and publication was exempt from institutional review board approval.
