Management of nasofrontal duct obliteration using the combination of autogenous bone graft chips and pericranium flap

AbstractFractures of frontal bone ranged from 5% to 15% of facial fractures and involves complex structures as both tables of frontal sinus and the nasofrontal duct, which is crucial to the treatment ’s choice as well as success. The determination of nasofrontal duct patency and the correct approach mainly in comminuted fractures can lead to post‐surgical complications. This manuscript aimed to report a complex frontal bone fracture treated with cranialization followed by the combination of autogenous bone graft chips and pericranium flap to obliterate the nasofrontal duct.
