Laryngeal Botulinum Toxin Injection: Can It Be a Cause of Obstructive Sleep Apnea as an Adverse Effect?

We present a 44-year-old man with adductor spasmodic dysphonia who was diagnosed as having upper airway obstruction in a polysomnographic examination during sleep after a botulinum toxin injection.
