An MS Bucket List

Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman spent the better part of a feature film living out the dreams of a dying man in the movie “The Bucket List”.  Skydiving, visiting the great sites of the world, dinning on the world’s best foods, and laughing until brought to tears are things the characters want to do before the “kick the bucket”. Now, MS isn’t usually a fatal condition but, quite frankly, life is.  And, if we’re still on the frankly train, many of us have already seen losses in our abilities which make some of the things we’d like to do more difficult if not impossible.  Are there things you hope to do “while you still can”? “Hope without a plan is just a dream” is my mantra.  Simply having a list of things you’d like to do without a plan to experience them really is just a dream.   So, I guess I should ask the question; do you have a plan to do any of those things? Of course, not all of us are going to progress to the point where things are difficult or impossible.  Still, it’s nice to have a list of things you’d like to do, see, try, etc. MS can have a significant toll on our finances so fulfilling our dreams and ticking things off that bucket list can be more than just physically a challenge. For me, I’d like to see more of Europe and perhaps some of the more historic sites of the Middle East.  I try every food I come across that I’ve not had so that’s kind of a running thing.  Kind of off the beaten track, but I’d also like t...
