pT3N0 proximal rectal during COVID

pT3N0. Thought to be sigmoid pre-op. 1 cm below reflection at surgery. 2mm fat invasion. Well-differentiated. No LVSI. Margins widely negative. Don't believe it was TME because approach was for sigmoidectomy. Treating? Deferring? Observing? What you think?
