113. Assessing the Safety and Efficacy of Hysteroscopy at the Time of Vaginoscopy in Peri-Menarchal Patients at Risk for M üllerian Anomalies
The diagnosis of congenital M üllerian anomalies in children and adolescents has historically relied on imaging modalities including MRI, ultrasound and fluoroscopy. For patients at higher risk for these anomalies, there may be an opportunity to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy with concomitant endoscopy to improve understanding of their gynecologic anatomy and to plan for future imaging, procedures or care. However, there remains a paucity of data looking specifically at the role and safety profile of hysteroscopy for the diagnosis of Müllerian anomalies in peri-menarchal patients.
