Stent-Assisted Coil Embolization in Complex Vascular Pathology

Stent-assisted coil embolization (SACE) of aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms is routinely employed in treating intracranial vascular pathologies. This technique remains underutilized in peripheral vascular anatomy. In this series, we describe various clinical applications, technical aspects as well as long term durability of this technique.
