Author response to “A PRESing case of visual changes and confusion”

We would like to thank the authors for their letter regarding our recent publication and pathophysiologic review of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES). In the letter, the authors argued that our case was not likely a clear presentation of PRES.
