Safety of a Novel Microwave Surgical Instrument for Lung Parenchyma Dissection During Segmentectomy.

CONCLUSIONS: The use of a microwave surgical instrument for lung parenchymal dissection was associated with lower blood loss during surgery, reduced air leakage after surgery, and fewer postoperative complications.
