Gov. Kate Brown, OHA director say Trump proposal would devastate Medicaid

Gov. Kate Brown and Oregon Health Authority Director Patrick Allen are asking the Trump administration to reconsider a proposed regulation they say could lead to large cuts in Medicaid.
