Abstract
Sr is useful for the palliation of painful bone metastasis, but its antitumor activity as a monotherapy has not been shown by F-FDG PET. Here, we report a case of a 75-year-old woman with multiple bone metastases of breast cancer in which F-FDG PET demonstrated a significant reduction in uptake of F-FDG after administration of Sr.
