After the FF rainbow BTZ metric is obtained, the Hawking temperature is calculated via the Hamilton-Jacobi method, and the thermodynamic properties are discussed. For radiated particles with a subluminal modified dispersion relation, we find that the effects of rainbow gravity tend to increase the Hawking temperature but decrease the black hole entropy. However, it shows that the FF rainbow BTZ black hole possesses an infinite effective Hawking temperature for radiated particles with a superluminal modified dispersion relation.
