A630 Revisional Surgery: Robotic One Anastomosis Gastric Bypass Due to Stenosis After Sleeve Gastrectomy

We present a 56 years old lady with body mass index (BMI) of 34 kg/m2. who had laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy three years ago and lost 58kg after surgery. However, she was admitted to the hospital with severe reflux symptoms, nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain and early satiety. Gastroscopy was performed, which revealed severe stenosis due to rotation at corpus just above incisura angularis and also 3cm hiatal hernia. She underwent balloon dilatation. However there was no relief on symptoms and we admitted her to the hospital two weeks later for surgery.
