An Unusual Case of Bilateral First Branchial Cleft Anomaly: A Case Report with Review of Literature

We report a case of 32  year old male who presented to us with first branchial cleft anomalies on both sides with discharging cutaneous openings on the right side; and cystic swelling on the left side. High index of suspicion is required in such congenital cysts. Surgical exploration and excision is the definitive treatm ent of a collaural fistula.
