Bilateral impacted inverted mesiodentes in the palatal vault: A rare case report

This report presents an extremely rare occurrence of bilateral impacted and inverted mesiodentes in an unusual location. The supernumerary teeth were surgically removed. Complete healing was evidenced 6 months after the surgical removal of the teeth.
