Guam University!

Little bit of background: In the past, I've transferred from a CC and attended UC Berkeley for a year and came back to South Korea. Came back due to the military service (but found out I was unfit to serve and will be placed to do community service). I'll certainly go back for a year to obtain my bachelor and leave California for good. After experiencing two cities with a high cost of living, Berkeley and LA. I'm exploring Guam University for my future post-bacc program candidate or... Guam University!
