Utah teen says vaping landed her in medically-induced coma after she contracted rare lung disease

Maddie Nelson, 18, from Nephi, Utah, was diagnosed earlier this month with acute eosinophilic pneumonia, a rare lung disease, that her doctors say was likely caused by vaping.
