Delta States Rural Development Network Grant Program

Grants for the development of integrated healthcare networks that work to address health problems that could not be solved by single entities working alone. Networks will achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of essential health care services; and strengthen the rural healthcare system.
