Olympia Provisions looks to recall mislabeled sausages

A Portland meat producer said Monday it's recalling 198 pounds of pork sausage products because the items were mislabeled. Olympia Meats said the ready-to-eat items contain pistachios, which are known allergens. The mislabeling of the items stems from products produced on July 29. The decision was revealed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service. The products were labeled as “M ortadella Classica” items but contain Mortadella Pistachio sausage products.…
