Rural Health Network Development Program

Grants for healthcare networks in rural areas to assist with increasing access to and improve the quality of healthcare services. The purpose of this program is to support rural integrated healthcare networks that have combined the functions of the entities participating in the network in order to achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of essential healthcare services; and strengthen the rural health care system as a whole.
