Nearly the End of the First Quarter, 2013: How’s Your MS Today?

Every month we let you chime in with how your symptoms, your disease progression, maybe even your new diagnosis are acting. We usually aim for the second week of the month, but being that last week was MS Awareness week and taken up by our MS History Lesson series we’re a touch late. Not like it’s the first time something MS has gotten in the way of a schedule! Let us know, check-in with yourself, or jot a note that you can take to your next doctor appointment. Read everyone’s comments, reconnect with an on-line friend, maybe just take a moment and reflect to yourself. This space is all about what you need it to be. At the beginning of the year we also opened up this posting for ideas for future blogs. We gathered several thoughtful suggestions and we’ve used some already. Feel free to do the same here. As to my MS this month; I’m beginning to notice musculoskeletal which is caused by my compensating for weakness, gait and pain. It’s not “MS pain”, but it’s caused by what MS causes. I’ve got to get back into my Yoga and stretching. So, how’s your MS today? Wishing you and your family the best of health. Cheers Trevis You can also follow me via our Life With MS Facebook page, on Twitter, and in our group on MS Connection.org.
