Comparative Outcomes of Transcarotid and Trans-subclavian Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement.
CONCLUSIONS: The transcarotid and the trans-subclavian approaches have similar safety and efficacy outcomes. The transcarotid approach had a shorter procedure duration and a trend towards lower fluoroscopy duration and radiation exposure.
