Superior Mesenteric Artery Thrombosis after Necrotizing Pancreatitis
In this report, we present a case of acute superior mesenteric artery thrombosis secondary to necrotizing pancreatitis after a laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The patient was successfully treated with catheter-directed thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy.
